MACHU PICCHU MEDALLION ON RED RIBBON

PRICE REDUCED 15%:  I purchased this at the gift shop at MACHU PICCHU many years ago after spending a wonderful day climbing through this fantastic place.  That was a time before it became a destination on everyone’s bucket list.  But I am growing old and want to pass on the mementos of my travels.  This metal medallion in gold colored, though I doubt that it is bronze.  The medallion is 2 3/8” in diameter.  The printing on the front says “MACHUPICCHU” and “Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad.”  In the center is an engraving that depicts a familiar view of Machu Picchu.  There are no markings on the backside.  There is a loop on the top of the medallion and a red ribbon that is sewn into the loop.  The length of the loop is 17”.  If one were to hang the medallion around the neck it would give the appearance of having won a race.  The weight of the medallion would certainly suggest that it is made of quality material and not a cheap novelty.
