RARE 7” Brazilian LP – Torem / Ceara Folklore Dance music 1979
This 6-inch record LP was purchased in Rio de Janeiro from a cultural museum for my master’s thesis in 19
th
century Brazilian Music. I didn’t end up needing it and it’s in mint condition still in its plastic sleeve and cardboard case. This is great for any ethno-musicologist or world music lover. Be sure to check out the other 7-inch albums I have listed. Each of these albums were issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
Brazilian LP – Torem / Ceara – Documentario sonoro do folclore Brasileiro No 30. This folkloric music was played at the turn of the century. (Recorded in 1979) The album cover in a bluish tint shows people in a circle dance.
